CRS,GRI,CBR

What is a CRS designation?
A CRS is a Certified Residential Specialist.
Realtors who have the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Less than 4% of all REALTORS are Certified Residential Specialists.

What is a GRI designation?
GRI stands for Graduate REALTOR Institute. A REALTOR who possesses the GRI designation has not only completed at least 90 hours of specialized real estate related courses required by the program, but also subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS.

What is a CBR designation?
CBR stands for Certified Buyer Representative. Agents with the CBR designation have gone through intensive buyer agency training. Agents have developed the skills necessary to both help buyers find their desired property and to help buyers negotiate for that property in a positive manner.
